“Votercade” Dodge County – Mantorville, MN

We drove around Mantorville looking for the Mantorville Square and decide we were in it.  We let Floyd out up the street and then parked in the City Park.  Jalissa and Nate were the first to come visit.  They were out taking pictures, so they came over to see us.  I took some pictures then went across the street.  I went up the street in what I thought was the opposite direction that Floyd went, but after the first block, he had already been to the rest.  They had looked at the cards and had some questions that I was able to answer.  I returned to the bus to find John speaking with one of the gentlemen I had given a card to.

As I started blogging about our stop I looked up and saw a field.  It was so black, I thought it had been burned, but at a closer look I realized that they just have really black soil.
